I feel like the woman who found a lost coin . I found a long lost demo recording of my song "The Sign of Jonah" from about 2003, that week I got serious about recording it and actually did. Of course, it's been 5 years and I still haven't done more recording, but I thought this will finally give you all a better idea of what the song is supposed to sound like.
I'll post the lyrics and the song's story for those brave enough to read on. This is a follow up to my previous story about the Sign of Jonah ... |

First off, all of you who are still for reasons that elude me, using Internet Explorer to browse the web, I've removed the video from the bottom of the page that was causing you to have to run an ActiveX application. If you'd like to get with the program- I have a link over there --->> that says "Get Firefox with Google Toolbar" It's easy, fast and free, and you'll be up and browsing faster than you knew was possible in no time. For those of you who've worried about my general spirits, I appreciate it- it's been a hard few weeks to be certain, and a hard two years for sure. But I really am generally quite happy, believe it or not. I feel that it's actually a good thing to be forced to a little dependence on God for day to day stuff- keeps you humble. Finally- I want to draw your attention to a movie I just learned about today- it's called "Expelled " by Ben Stein. I'm really looking forward to it because it draws the limelight to the fact that those that discuss Intellegent Design in academia are slandered, drummed out and overall shamed because they won't just fall in line with the status quo.
I'm looking forward to it. Finally- WE NEED YOUR OPINION! There's a survey on the front page over there -->> What do YOU think we should call our band? -Deej out |

Apologies to anyone who read an earlier update of this- I've changed the text completely. Last night I got the settlement check from the HOA's insurance company for the Ankle incident, which covered my out-of-pocket expenses. I was pretty joyous and it was a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. Finally I'd be able to pay off the credit cards I was forced to use to cover this event. But now today, a mere hour after depositing said check- I get a call from Humana Insurance indicating that because I had settled with the HOA's insurance, that I was now supposed to reimburse Humana for what they paid out, roughly $6000. (if you don't want to read me venting a lot more, don't continue after this point)
