I'm going to hold back a lot on this one, just because exhaustion is affecting my emotional state now that I'm almost done extracting my life from one place and piling it into another.

The short story, as I mentioned already, is that the house I was renting with two friends sold, or sort of sold (woops- that's long story material); and they gave us some incentive money to move out early.  So we quickly found a new place to live here in Fort Collins and over this past weekend packed up as rapidly as possible and are now moved in (if you want the new address, email me or fill out my nifty little contact form here on the website).

The new house is pretty nice - 3 bedrooms, a 'den' with a wet bar and a 2 car garage.  It's about a mile or so south of our old house in what seems to be a fairly decent neighborhood.  Rent is a little bit more, but so far we feel it'll be worth it.

As of right now, I'm nowhere close to settled, but that's more of the long story, isn't.

Now, for the long story... read on! 

My life has been a whirlwind this summer and I don't know where to start.

I've had ambitions to do 'spare time' projects that sit undone, while I distract myself with important and unimportant stuff.

Most important right now is that I'll be moving again- the house that I was renting has sold, so we'll be leaving soon (not sure exactly when) and am in the frantic position of packing and such.

Unfortunately, it's left no time to record the demos I wanted to this summer- so I guess you'll have to wait, but I promise by year's end I'll have an official tracking for "Put On Christ" that hopefully will be good enough to send out to radio stations!  Not sure if anything will come of it, but at the very least I'll have something to post on the website for you.

In the meantime, you can be praying for me that God reveals his plans for what is going on in my life- right now it's feeling like I'm in a storm being tossed in a thousand different directions.  While you're at it- pray for my girlfriend Evey too- we're hoping that we can finally be within a few miles of each other after almost a year of dating, but that will take a job here in Fort Collins (or a similar miracle).
